Collaborative design thinking is one of the current instructional design framework's within Rocky View School's. Teachers have the opportunity to sign up for "Design Thinking Cohort's" for their professional development, which are "immersive, hands-on PL workshops that bring Teachers together to design inquiry and project-based learning experiences that are real, visible and for everyone." Pre-service teachers will take students through a workshop based on their experience in Field 3 while attending a Design Thinking Cohort with their partner teacher. They will also speak to the process, learning outcomes and benefit of attending Rocky View School's Design Thinking Cohort.
