We believe that not only are students active learners, but also that the most efficient learners are active students. As future educational professionals, we realize the significant impact that movement and physical activity throughout the day has on students in the classroom. It is imperative that we implement physical activity into day-to-day classroom instruction for students from grade 1 to grade 12. This presentation will focus on the importance and ways of bringing physical activity into the classroom during curriculum instruction to supplement and enhance student learning, no matter the age of our students.
